1. Appetizer:

Roasted local vegetables with feta cheese.

2. Soup:

Pumpkin cream with home made gnocchi and bacon on the side.

3. Entree:

Roasted turkey with cranberries and apples from the local farm and European style spices.

4. Desert:

Cranberry, apple pie.

Pavlova cake.

Roasted apples with raspberry confiture.
